Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the link in your emails, in one click, with no questions and no phone call. Cancelling stops every future charge. If you cancel during your trial you are never charged the monthly price at all, and you keep the reading you have already been sent.
If something is wrong
We do not advertise a money-back guarantee, because the thing you are buying costs $1 and you can stop the rest with one click. But if a charge catches you out, or your reading never arrived, or something is genuinely wrong with it, email info@getwritteninthestars.com and tell us. We read every one and we would far rather put it right than argue with you about it.
Charges you did not expect
If a monthly charge has gone through and you meant to cancel, email us. We will cancel the membership and look at the charge. Please contact us before your bank, because we can usually solve it the same day.
How long refunds take
Where we do refund, it goes back to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.
